Lucid Routes was very friendly and accommodating. I came with two of my friends and it worked out great.

What a relaxed welcome ! I was in Austin for a conference in Downtown- the Austin convention center and Lucid Route’s welcome was great, it felt more like visiting a friend.  :-)

Having been to many festivals on my own, I’ve felt the head-ache of trying to plan everything out with no guidance or game plan. Lucidroutes takes the fuss out of the entire experience. They took care of my entry to the biggest festivals and after parties, as well as backstage access to some of my favorite bands! I certainly could not have done that without them!

I can honestly say that Lucid Routes was the reason my trip to Austin was so awesome! They made sure I was as comfortable as can be at all times. My accommodations were amazing and in a great location (walking distance from most attractions). The best part about Lucid Routes is having a local to socialise with! They have an awesome group of friends who were just as hospitable as them and made sure I experienced Austin as a local. They showed me to the local hotspots for a drink and made sure I tried all of Austin’s must eats. It just felt like I was apart of the team. Seriously just an amazing group of people. Lucid Routes, you’re the best! I’ll be back for SXSW! P.S. their dog, Sake, is a champion too!

I’m so glad I used Lucid Routes as a resource during SXSW. I was able to hit all the best shows and parties without having to do loads of research and planning. I was even able to skip a few lines! Their input was indispensable in creating an amazing experience.

I have known the folks at Lucid Routes for only a few short months, but they are well connected and will be able to show you a great time in Austin! They are also very kind, sweet & super easy to get along with.  You will not be disappointed,I promise!

I have been fortunate enough to have Lucid Routes as a concierge in multiple occasions. They know the right people, the right places, the right times. It really is like having a personalized genie (like Siri for the Iphone) so that I only worry about having a good time. Take the guess work out of festivals and just enjoy the shows, perks, parties, craziness you come for!

Lucid Routes was a fantastic host. They really knows Austin a lot, and were always happy to recommend places to go. It felt more like visiting with a friend as they often invited me out to see the town which was a lot of fun and I got to see the Austin lifestyle. I got unlucky with a few things in Austin, but Lucid Routes went above and beyond and really helped me out. If I was going back to Austin I would definitely be use Lucid Routes again.

We were there for F1 Grand Prix, Austin and Lucid Routes showed us where to go and  how to walked back and forward all the time to take the shuttles. Lucid Routes is a great host that welcomes you with a great attitude.

SXSW can be overwhelming because it is a hodge-podge of complete bliss and beautiful chaos. Thanks to Lucid Routes I was able to navigate my way through it quite swimmingly. From events that needed an RSVP to secret shows to the best after parties; Lucid Routes had me covered from start to finish. I couldn’t imagine ever doing a festival without them and have no idea how I managed it prior to discovering this hidden gem! Thanks to Lucid Routes attending festivals is pure fun without the stress.
